Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Ecommerce Manager to join our team. As an Ecommerce Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing online sales strategies to drive growth and increase revenue for our e-commerce platform. You will oversee the entire e-commerce operation including website management, product merchandising, digital marketing, user experience optimization, and customer service. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing e-commerce platforms, analyzing data to make informed decisions, and staying up-to-date on industry trends. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive online sales growth and customer acquisition on ecommerce platforms.
  • Manage and optimize product listings, pricing, promotion strategies, and merchandising to enhance the online shopping experience.
  • Analyze sales data and trends to make data-driven decisions and recommendations for improving ecommerce performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, supply chain, and IT, to ensure seamless operations and execution of ecommerce strategies.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to maintain a competitive edge and identify new opportunities.
  • Oversee the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
  • Ensure website functionality, user experience, and performance are optimized for conversions and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors, agencies, and partners to support ecommerce operations and initiatives.
  • Drive initiatives to increase customer retention, loyalty, and lifetime value through personalized marketing and customer engagement strategies.
  • Stay current on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and ecommerce trends to continuously improve ecommerce operations and drive business growth.
  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in ecommerce management, including overseeing online sales, marketing campaigns, and website optimization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and trends to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in ecommerce platforms, digital marketing tools, and web analytics software.
Requirements:
