Job Title: Business Development Manager - Saudi Arabia Branch Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving the growth of AAC in the Saudi Arabian market by identifying new business opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships, and maintaining strong client relationships. This role involves developing and implementing business development strategies, leading market research efforts, and working closely with various teams to ensure successful project acquisition and execution. Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
  • More than 10 years of experience in business development, preferably within the construction or architectural industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian market, particularly in construction and architecture.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing business deals.
Applicant Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, emerging trends, and new business opportunities in the construction and architectural sectors
  • Analyze competitor activities and market dynamics to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold-calling, meetings, and attending industry events.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in potential client organizations.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with contractors, suppliers, and industry professionals to support business development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with local and regional partners to expand AAC's market presence in Saudi Arabia.
  • Prepare and present business proposals, bids, and tenders, ensuring they meet client requirements and company standards.
  • Negotiate terms, conditions, and contracts with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Work closely with project managers, engineering teams, and other departments to ensure the successful delivery of projects from inception to completion.
  • Monitor project progress, address client concerns, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and business development objectives set by the company.
  • Ensure all business development activities comply with local regulations and company policies. Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with new business ventures.
