Safety Manager Job Location : UAE Main Responsibilities: • Developing and implementing health and safety policies in compliance with legal guidelines. • Creating and enforcing regulations to promote a culture of health and safety within the organization. • Evaluating workplace practices, procedures, and facilities to identify potential risks and ensure adherence to laws. • Monitoring employee compliance with policies and laws through regular inspections. • Inspecting equipment and machinery to detect possible hazardous conditions. • Investigating accidents or incidents to determine causes and handle worker's compensation claims. • Offering recommendations for solutions, improvement opportunities, or new prevention measures.
