If yes, this opportunity will appeal to you. We are looking for a key account manager who will play a critical role in managing and growing the key accounts on our platform. The candidate should be customer obsessed, data driven, an effective listener, communicator, and problem-solver with strong expertise in process optimizations and systems thinking. The candidate will have an opportunity to shape and deliver on the growth strategy for key accounts for the Ultra Fast Grocery MENA business. You will work with market leading external merchants and multiple internal stakeholders like Business, Ops, Finance, and Product teams internally.

Key Job Responsibilities

You will manage various activities including engaging with key accounts on our main areas of focus:
  1. Project management of new stores pre-launch work.
  2. Drive processes/programs to improve business input metrics on both a weekly and long-term basis.
  3. Implement SOPs to drive efficiencies in engagement.
  4. Drive in-stock management at scale with Merchant to manage customer experience.
  5. Engage on continuous selection expansion and drive business growth to improve product availability for customers.

Skills

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in management, business administration, economics, engineering, or marketing.
  • 4+ years of client or vendor-facing roles with a focus on relationship management and negotiation skills experience.
  • Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers.
  • Ability to effectively and efficiently complete difficult goals or assignments, and manage multiple priorities on a daily/weekly basis.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Prior experience in project management, program management, or account management.
