Job Purpose: Ensure that all services provided to customers are registered on the Rai Platform and manage all customer requests. In addition to supervising all processes of responding to inquiries and observations to ensure customer satisfaction, follow up on the status of requests periodically and ensure that all cases are closed according to the standards. Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring that the services provided to customers and beneficiaries are registered in the Rai Platform and make descriptive files for each service provided.
  • Preparing and implement improvement plans and raise the quality level of services provided through the Rai Platform to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Supervising the processing of customer requests through the Rai Platform and ensure that service cards are created and transferred to the concerned organizational units to deal with them.
  • Supervising the processes of responding to customer inquiries and comments about frequently asked questions, follow up on the status of requests continuously. In addition, ensure that all cases are closed and respond to customers when inquiring about the status of requests.
  • Measuring customer satisfaction with the services provided and ensuring that services are improved in coordination with the organizational units concerned.
  • Follow up on the provision of support to the branches of the organization regarding frequently asked questions and answers or transfer requests to the organizational units concerned for processing according to the approved procedures.
  • Determining the workforce needs of the Customer Services Division in alignment with business needs and work towards achieving balance between tasks and available human resources.
  • Implementing procedures for evaluating the performance of employees in the Customer Services Division, following up on the achievement of their individual goals, and participating in identifying training and development needs to raise productivity and enhance performance.
  • Encouraging a cooperative and positive work environment among employees in the Customer Services Division.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent.
  • It is preferable to obtain a professional qualification in Customer Service from an internationally renowned Association (Certified Business Professional (CBP), Certified Business Professional in Customer Service (CBP-CS).
  • 7+ years of experience in similar fields of work in local, regional, or international financial institutions.
  • Experience in the public sector in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
