PCC is looking for a passionate Area Sales Manager to be based in Jubail office. The Area Sales Manager would be responsible for managing the sales and marketing activities for the Drip Irrigation Pipes & Emitters in Middle East and in the African market. Educational Qualifications: Engineering degree preferably in Agriculture Engineering. Candidates with a post-graduate MBA degree in sales and marketing would be a plus. Experience: More than 7 years of experience in Sales and Marketing in Drip Irrigation is required. Should have sound knowledge of operation and maintenance of drip irrigation as this is a techno-commercial role. Experience in KSA, GCC is essential, and experience in the East African market would be a plus. Key Accountabilities:
- Develop & establish relationships with customers for Drip Irrigation Products .
- Develop a global distribution network by evaluating and appointing distributors.
- Gather market data and share intelligence and information throughout the product line and company as appropriate.
- Coordinate supply and demand market analysis efforts.
- Develop and maintain a highly effective and motivated sales force.
- Manage product registrations and approvals in coordination with the QA/QC department.
- Represent PCC at various exhibitions and events.
- Effectively conduct the required product training and learning sessions.
- Provide input to site procurement for raw material selection.
- Have great knowledge of global drip products’ demand & supply situation.
- Be fully responsible for Profit and Loss of the Drip Irrigation Products Line .
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and increase market share.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of the industry and market trends.
- Should have a Saudi national ID or transferable residence permit.
- Should have a valid Saudi driving license.
- Overnight travel is required.
