Aljameel International Co. Ltd , established 1992, is a leading food & beverage company in the GCC region, with over 850 employees across the region. The company has seen rapid expansion in its trade and manufacturing business over the last few years and has ambitious plans to grow further within the GCC and beyond. To achieve this, we aim at recruiting the best and the brightest in their respective fields. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Project Manager to join our team with experience in implementing SAP S/4HANA ERP. As an SAP Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the successful implementation of SAP projects within our organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of SAP solutions.

Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end SAP project implementations, including scoping, planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure project progress and adherence to deadlines.
Manage project budgets, track expenses, and provide regular financial reports to stakeholders.
Conduct regular project status meetings, communicate project progress, risks, and issues to relevant stakeholders.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of project tasks and deliverables.
Ensure quality standards are met in accordance with project scope and business requirements.
Provide guidance and support to project team members, ensuring their understanding of project goals and requirements.
Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate project performance and identify areas for improvement.
Communicate effectively on project updates to the Head of Digital Transformation.
Stay updated on the latest SAP trends, technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience as an SAP Project Manager, managing end-to-end SAP implementations in SAP S/4HANA ERP.
Experience in implementing SAP Projects within the FMCG Food Industry is a must.
Strong knowledge and understanding of SAP modules and functionalities, including but not limited to Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and Manufacturing.
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex SAP projects on time and within budget.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and mitigate risks.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Ability to collaborate and work effectively in cross-functional teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Experience in managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and providing financial reports.
PMP or Prince2 certification is preferred.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
