Do you have what it takes to be successful in this role? Technical

  1. Qualification Degree/ Diploma in Accounting and finance from recognised institution
  2. Minimum 3 – 5 years of proven experience in accounting and finance, in similar field or INGO/NGO
  3. Excellent command of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, and Power Point)
  4. Knowledge and understanding humanitarian operating context
  5. Ability to maintain high level of accuracy in preparing financial reports
  6. Knowledge of managing cash/bank accounts
  7. Ability to work under pressure, as part of a team or independently, and meet deadlines consistently.
  8. Good communication and coordination skills with the program staff.
  9. Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
