Swim Instructor

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Swimming Instructor to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for providing safe and effective swimming lessons to a diverse range of students, from beginners to advanced. You will create a positive and encouraging learning environment, ensuring the safety and progress of all students. Responsibilities:

1. Plan and deliver engaging and effective swimming lessons to individuals and groups of all ages and skill levels.
2. Assess student swimming abilities and develop personalized lesson plans to meet individual needs and goals.
3. Teach fundamental swimming skills such as freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, butterfly, and diving.
4. Instruct students in water safety and rescue techniques.
5. Maintain a safe and clean pool environment.
6. Ensure all safety protocols are followed at all times.
7. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and other staff members.
8. Maintain accurate student records and progress reports.
9. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.
