We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Steward Kitchen to lead our client premium dining team in the kitchen and manage the daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a strong commitment to quality, service, and excellence. This role will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization, managing inventory and equipment, and ensuring that all health and safety regulations are met. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the daily operations of the premium dining venues, ensuring that guests receive exceptional service and that high standards for quality and cleanliness are consistently met.
  2. Lead, train, and supervise a team of stewards, ensuring that they understand their roles and responsibilities, and are able to perform their duties to the highest standard.
  3. Develop and implement standard operating procedures for the dining venues, ensuring that all staff is trained and adhere to these procedures.
  4. Work closely with the culinary team to ensure that all dishes are served in a timely and efficient manner and that the kitchen and dining areas are always clean and well-maintained.
  5. Work with the management team to develop strategies for improving guest satisfaction and increasing revenue for the premium dining venues.
  6. Maintain an inventory of all dining room supplies and ensure that all equipment and supplies are properly maintained and stored.
  7. Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring that all issues are resolved to the guest’s satisfaction.
  8. Ensure that all staff adhere to company policies and procedures, and that all health and safety regulations are met.
Qualifications:
  1. Previous experience in a five-star hotel or similar luxury hospitality environment, with a minimum of three years of experience in a leadership role.
  2. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team of stewards.
  3. Exceptional attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and quality.
  4. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
  5. A passion for hospitality, with a commitment to excellence in everything you do.
  6. A flexible schedule, with the ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
  7. Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, equipment maintenance, and health and safety regulations.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: KD450.000 - KD650.000 per month Language:
  1. English well (Preferred)
