Due to growth, we are looking for a dynamic and passionate individual to join us as an English teacher for September 2025. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, have proven success in driving standards and be committed to the pursuit of excellence for all. Job Purpose: To teach across Key Stage 3 (growing into Key Stage 4 and 5) as a subject specialist enabling an outstanding, holistic, and dynamic experience for our students which lead to exceptionally high outcomes. Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Demonstrate very strong subject knowledge across Key Stage 3, 4, and 5 of the NCfE.
- Deliver consistently outstanding teaching and learning experiences; collaborating and sharing best practice.

- Be creative and enthusiastic in approach to teaching.
- Be committed to the safeguarding of, and the personal and social development of students.

- Make a positive contribution to our school community and culture through active engagement in our extra-curricular programme and community-based events.
- Actively pursue your own professional development as a teacher.

Skills
- Hold a Bachelors Degree in English, obtained in the UK.
- Be QTS certified.
- Hold a PGCE.
- Have proven experience of teaching across Key Stage 3, 4, and 5 of the NCfE.
