English Language Trainer

We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced English Language Trainer for a job opportunity in Ahmadi, Kuwait. This role falls within the Education, Training & Teaching industry and involves providing high-quality English language instruction to students of varying proficiency levels. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and deliver effective English language lessons, focusing on grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills.
2. Plan and implement engaging and interactive teaching materials and activities.
3. Assess students' language abilities and customize lesson plans to meet individual learning needs.
4. Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to support their language development.
5. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
6. Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records of attendance, assignments, and assessments.
7. Collaborate with fellow teachers and academic staff to ensure a cohesive and effective learning experience.
8. Stay updated on current language teaching methodologies and incorporate innovative techniques into instruction.
9. Attend professional development workshops and training sessions to enhance teaching skills.

Desired Candidate Profile Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field is required. Teaching certification or diploma in English language teaching (e.g., TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) is preferred. Proven experience in teaching English as a second language to diverse student populations. Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written. Strong knowledge of English grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, empathy, and the ability to motivate and inspire students. Proficiency in using technology for instructional purposes.
