Job Responsibilities
- Supervise security and safety activities of Security staff to ensure efficient discharge of their duties and responsibilities in accordance with hotel standards, policies and procedures.
- Supervise the implementation of the systems, movement control of packages, materials, and property into and out of the hotel.
- Act as Training Officer and Coordinator of the Department.
- Attend or engage with local guests on matters that require intervention of Security personnel.
- Respond to Emergency Calls in accordance with specified procedures and roles for members of the Emergency Response Team (ERT).
- Preferably with hotel security or similar background and with valid Security permit card.
- Is self-driven, goal-oriented, and willing to challenge the status quo.
- Upholds professional values, ethics, and integrity at all times.
- Communicates fluently in English (and local language).
- Thinks outside of the box.
- Has strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
