Job Opportunity: Sr. Operator II Petrochemicals
A leading petrochemical company is seeking a qualified Sr. Operator II Petrochemicals to join its operations in KSA. If you have strong experience in operating and monitoring complicated equipment in the petrochemical industry, this is a fantastic opportunity to grow in your career.Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and control complicated equipment to maintain safe and efficient operations across all process areas.
- Conduct safety briefings to ensure operational safety and address unsafe/safe acts promptly.
- Prepare and communicate shift reports to supervisors regarding process status.
- Troubleshoot normal and complex operational issues.
- Guide and train junior operators to ensure proper practices are implemented.
- Oversee critical equipment operations and assist in production and maintenance processes.
- Deputize for supervisors and provide operational guidance to less experienced team members.
Requirements:
- Education: Degree or Diploma in a relevant field.
- Experience: 02 years with a Degree; Minimum of 7 years of experience with a Diploma (desirable).
- Skills and Competencies: Critical Thinking and Decision Making; Proficiency in operational processes and plant operations; Scheduling and planning for production activities; Strong technical knowledge in safety communication and troubleshooting.
Salary Details:
- Operators: Basic Salary: SR 4000 - SR 7000. Note: Salary may increase for skilled and relevant candidates.
