Health Safety Environment Supervisor

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
2. At least 7+ years of total experience as a Drilling HSE officer / Adviser / Supervisor (Onshore or offshore drilling).
3. NEBOSH qualification or equivalent.
4. Last position held shall be in onshore / offshore drilling HSE (Supervisor) for a minimum of 5 years.
5. Must have knowledge of drilling rig / equipment / drilling processes.
6. Must have a minimum Level 1 IWCF certificate – introductory / Well sharp.
7. Must have knowledge of well control equipment and managing HSE aspects of well control situations.
8. Practical knowledge of incident investigation methodology.
9. Physical ability to work under pressure and in adverse weather conditions.
10. Knowledge in SIMOPs is preferable. PAD drilling experience is preferable.
11. Past experience in delivering rig site awareness training.
12. Good communication skills and ability to perform on-site inspections/audits and implement Behavior Based Safety programs.
13. Preferably have past experience in multicultural drilling projects.
