It required SIRA certification with UAE experience.UAE Driving LicenseTo establish the chain of command and responsibility, the Supervisor shall be held directly responsible to the Security Manager.Perform duties according to the Duty Roster prepared by the Security Manager.Adopt Service Oriented approach in discharging duties to functionBe held accountable for the overall performance of the on-duty security personnel and all security-related matters;Exercise flexibility to maintain a balance between effectiveness.Work schedules, allocating tasks, and monitoring personnel performance.Coordinating responses to emergencies and alarms and compiling incident reports.Ensuring compliance with company policies and security industry regulations.The Ability to create a transportation trip roster and manage the vehicle driversShould have good experience and locations and roads across Dubai and other emiratesManaging the staff accommodation and arranging the stay of the security staff and monitoring the daily activities during the shift's day and nightCreating tasks for the security supervisors and monitoring the daily activities regarding the work planProblem-solving handling issues in timeExtensive job-related experience in managing a high-performing teamExtensive experience in investigationsAbility to develop and maintain credible relationships with law enforcement and governmental agenciesHighest level of integrityHigh degree of experience in all phases of security systems, procedures, investigations of legal issues, supervision, and trainingExcellent presentation skillsExcellent communicator with strong leadership skills and executive presenceFluent in Arabic is preferred· Experience in Handling Multiple Sites with a large number of staff· Well Versed SIRA Related Rules & Regulations.Should have been Responsible for Payment Collection.· Man Power Outsourcing.Partner with the Managing Director and develop an annual security strategy for their market focused on reducing overall inventory losses, security compliance, and emergency responsePartner with Operations, Finance, and other relevant departments to ensure that effective operational processes and procedures are in place to reduce loss and identify integrity issuesManage performance of branch Security staff, including completing and delivering PMPs (Supervisor and above) utilizing input from local management, coaching, and managing performance as necessary in partnership with branch management and HREnsure that all Security staff schedules are structured to fully meet the needs of the location, maximize the physical deterrence and floor presence of the entire security staff, and ensure adequate floor coverageRecruit, interview, and hire branch Security staff with input from local management and HREnsure departmental objectives are achieved by setting goals and measures of performance.Work with local store management and Security Supervisors to assess progress every quarter· Experience Must have 5-10 Years.· Salary - As per the Market Norms.· Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
