Head of Institutional Sales

Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning and Execution:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the B2B school sales portfolio.
• Analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and align business objectives with institutional needs.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders in educational institutions, such as school management, procurement teams, and academic leaders.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering customized solutions aligned with their specific requirements.

• Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and identify training needs for skill enhancement.

• Set and manage annual, quarterly, and monthly sales goals for the unit.
• Ensure the team achieves revenue, profit margin, and market share targets.

• Oversee the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, negotiations, contract closure, and post-sale services.
• Collaborate with internal teams like product development, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums.
