The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and cleanliness of all company buildings, including gym equipment, and managing a team to ensure a safe and functional environment. Key Responsibilities: Facility Maintenance:
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of building systems, such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire safety systems.
- Schedule and coordinate preventive maintenance activities.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
- Ensure the cleanliness and functionality of gym equipment.
- Inspect and maintain gym equipment regularly.
- Manage a team of maintenance and cleaning staff.
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide feedback.
- Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and implement safety protocols.
- Develop and implement emergency response plans.
- Maintain trackers and submit weekly reports to the management.
- Proven experience in facilities management or a related field.
- Knowledge of building maintenance and repair techniques.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
