Würth Saudi Arabia is recruiting an Area Sales Manager for the Eastern Region of the Kingdom with a minimum of 5 years experience in Sales Management. The Würth Group is the global market leader in the development, production and sale of fastening and assembly materials. Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 10–12 sales consultants.
- Monitor the sales team's daily activities, schedules, and KPIs' progress.
- Hold daily team meetings/calls.
- Go on field visits with the sales consultants.
- Follow up on collection with sales consultants and customers.
- Ensure the accuracy of route-planning of the sales consultants.
