  5. We believe you have strong customer focus and business acumen, including securing quality to serve customers, planning, networking & influencing, strong communication, and relationship-building skills, along with a high level of integrity.
  6. Preferably holding a Mechanical or Chemical Engineering Degree; with 4-5 years' experience in a sales or business development position; based in Saudi is an advantage.
Job Description
  1. Follow established sales processes and guidelines to promote and sell Alfa Laval Range of Services within Energy Sector applications.
  2. Analyse and understand market insights and customer buying behavior to make sales plans according to the business division strategy and targets.
  3. Look for and manage leads from the market and customers, converting them into real business opportunities to ensure the pipeline.
  4. Be active in the market and focus on making visits, meetings, and interactions with customers, understanding their needs and highlighting the value of our products and services.
  5. Run the commercial operation by managing the customer grid and proactive planning in our tools, building and maintaining a sufficient network at customers.
  6. Develop highly profitable quotes reflecting customer needs, stressing unique selling points, and follow up to achieve a hit-rate.
  7. Use the CRM tool and other tools consistently and qualitatively to support the sales process and decision-making.
  8. Work proactively and structured with sales to optimize sales efficiency.
