Marketing Executive Vacancy in Dubai, UAE

As a Business Acquisitions Executive, your primary role will be to promote and sell the services of the company to new domestic and international clients. You will be expected to gain new business from new clients, maintain an active and robust pipeline, and continuously meet your sales targets and KPIs. JOB DESCRIPTION KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES / TASKS:

Lead and be accountable for the success of commercial projects with shipping lines or airlines.
Generate leads by identifying new business opportunities and prospects through research.
Make regular and multiple outbound calls and impromptu visits to potential clients.
Attend conferences, exhibitions, events, and networking opportunities to track new prospects.
Sell J&T Express products/services by establishing contact, developing relationships, and recommending solutions to new prospects.
Maintain a rich, active, and healthy pipeline that contains new opportunities and prospects.
Follow up on deals in your pipeline and work closely with prospects and clients to close them.
Prepare and send proposals to prospects and clients.
Engage in face-to-face meetings with newly acquired clients, with a monthly visitation plan that includes both existing clients and prospects.
Interact positively with clients to resolve any complaints or conflicts during the acquisition and onboarding process.
Meet individual KPIs and targets set by management.
Any other projects/tasks as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
Good experience in sales, outbound call centers, inside sales, hospitality, or any customer-facing position.
Knowledge of the sales process from initiation to close.
Excellent communication skills, able to present ideas and concepts clearly.
Excellent computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
Chinese speaker is required.

SALARY: 5,000 – 10,000 AED – (Negotiable) – JUNIOR LEVEL 10,000 – 12,000 AED – (Negotiable) – SENIOR LEVEL #J-18808-Ljbffr
