Job Summary: To supervise the service activities in the Fitness related areas aiming all times for the highest possible customer satisfaction. Under the guidance of the Entertainment Manager and within the limits of the established JA Hotels & Resorts policies & Operational Standards procedures, his/her responsibilities are to provide efficient, personalized, courteous and punctual service. Duties and Responsibilities:
- To provide wellness group activities to the guests of the resort: functional training, yoga, Tabata, TRX, water gymnastics, etc.
- Take responsibility for the wellness equipment.
- If necessary, support the land sport team wellness activities.
- Create an inventory of all equipment in the related areas.
- Lifestyle Fitness Coach responsible to supervise and assist guests in Wellness and Entertainment weekly activities.
- Ensure that all activities are carried out in a responsible manner in accordance with JA Hotels & Resorts standards.
- Follow daily/weekly activities schedules as instructed by the Entertainment Manager/ Assistant of Entertainment Manager/ Supervisor/ Team Leader.
- Liaise with the Entertainment Manager / Supervisor/ Entertainment Team Leader to create a safe environment for all guests attending the activities.
- Attend to the guests at all times in a friendly manner.
- Ensure all equipment is cleaned and properly maintained.
- Inform the Entertainment Manager/ Assistant of Entertainment Manager/ Supervisor/ Team Leader of any need for additional equipment or replacement of items.
- Maintain wellness activities areas clean and tidy at all times.
- Be fully aware of Entertainment daily/weekly activities programs, facilities, timings, promotions, and prices.
- Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation.
- Attend Entertainment events or activities in the resort, if required.
- Support other activities from the entertainment program in different sub-departments.
