We are building a talent pool for Account Managers with professional fluency in both German and English and at least 3 years of relevant experience. This opening is for future opportunities requiring bilingual proficiency, and selected candidates will be considered for upcoming roles.Established in 2016, Slasify is a Singapore-based technology company operating with a fully remote team and is rapidly growing through our EOR & payroll services rendered to businesses worldwide. Our colleagues are currently working in Taiwan, China, Singapore, Malaysia, South Korea, USA, Canada, Serbia, France, Dubai, and more!We are looking for an Account Manager to join our Customer Department. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of working experience in a client-facing role.ResponsibilitiesDevelop trusted advisor relationships with clientsEnsure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectivesResponsible for the onboarding and offboarding of clients and their employeesClearly communicate/update the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to leadershipPrepare monthly reports for client accounts and collaborate with the finance team on accurate and timely invoicingAccurately crosscheck and confirm payroll and reimbursements of clients' employeesCollaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territoryAssist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as neededMinimum RequirementsPrior professional experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, or relevant roleMinimum 2-3 years of experience in a client-facing roleHigh attention to detail and excellent organizational skillsExperience with CRM software and project management toolsProven ability to juggle multiple client accounts and time-sensitive projectsExcellent listening, collaboration, and cross-cultural patience and understandingGo-getter attitude with strong problem-solving skills and a curiosity to learnAbility to work independently without constant supervision; prior remote working experience is a plusStrong verbal and written communication skillsFluency in Arabic and English is a mustFluency in Mandarin Chinese is a plusBenefitsUnlimited holidays (but sorry, you cannot cash out)Flexible working hoursLaptop buy-back policySeasonal bonusEqual Employment Opportunity DisclaimerAt Slasify, we value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data.
