Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's customer base and market share, identifying new business opportunities and partnerships to drive revenue growth.
- Assess market trends and competitive dynamics, offering valuable insights and suggestions to the executive team to optimize pricing strategies and product portfolio.
- Take charge of the commercial department, overseeing sales, marketing, and customer service functions, aiming to drive the company's operational efficiency and financial success.
- Monitor and appraise the commercial team's performance, delivering guidance, training, and backing to ensure elevated productivity, motivation, and professionalism levels within the department.
