Recruitment Manager, Riyadh KSA, Up to SAR22k pm negotiableWe are working with one of Saudi's leading Restaurant Groups to find an experienced Recruitment Manager. We are seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic, and passionate individual to join this expanding team. If you have a love for the bar and restaurant industry and are eager to be part of something truly unique, we want to hear from you!Recruitment Manager Role in Brief:This role would oversee the majority of frontline and junior leadership operational recruitment needs.Ideal Recruitment Manager:Experience in volume recruitment in hospitality / lifestyle / restaurant groupsHigh conversion rate from interview to onboarding through thorough screeningCreative approach to talent attraction, including hosting interactive career events, 'road shows', and using Snapchat and Instagram as attraction channelsFluent in English; Arabic is beneficial but not a deal breakerInternational experience across continents is requiredSalary Package:Total live out at SAR 22k per month - negotiable for someone exceptional!If you are keen to discuss the details further, please apply today or send your CV to michelle at COREcruitment dot com.
