About the Client: Our Client is an innovative event management company in Dubai that specializes in team-building experiences, corporate events, and adventure-based challenges designed to foster collaboration, excitement, and personal growth. They craft memorable and engaging events tailored to strengthen teamwork and boost morale. With a focus on creativity and impactful experiences, the Client delivers events that leave a lasting impression. Key Responsibilities:
- Event Operations: Manage the full planning and execution of team-building sessions and events, ensuring seamless operations. Confidently use the microphone to introduce segments and engage attendees for a smooth event flow.
- Stakeholder and Vendor Collaboration: Build and maintain effective working relationships with vendors, trainers, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality event delivery.
- Program Oversight: Oversee event timelines and adapt as necessary to ensure smooth on-the-day execution.
- Industry Expertise: Proven experience in the training industry, with solid knowledge of training concepts, event logistics, and industry standards.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Fluent, polished English with a professional and approachable demeanor.
- Operational Mindset: Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple operational elements.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in the training and event management industry.
- Public Speaking Proficiency: Confident and engaging, able to connect with and inspire large audiences.
- Salary: 12000 AED + Benefits.
