We are hiring candidates who would be a part of the Pre-Sales / Tele-Sales Team, responsible for tele-calling, lead generation, and appointment setting with prospective clients.JOB DESCRIPTIONThe Pre-Sales Executive performs the following roles:Prospect relentlessly to build pipeline and establish strong personal relationships with prospects.Research clients that have a requirement for our services.Coordinate with prospects for a suitable appointment time.Deliver sales pitch, demo, presentation, and proposal to potential clients.Follow up regularly with existing clients to ensure satisfaction.Listen to the needs of the market and share insights with product and marketing teams.Provide an effective link between Sales, Account Management, Development, and Product Marketing.Ideal candidates for this position should possess some or all of the qualities below:Experience in selling IT Services, Software, E-learning, Training, IT, or SaaS Solutions.Ability to analyze, calculate, and reason effectively in various situations.Establishing credibility and being decisive.Getting along with diverse personalities easily.Ability to handle deadlines and responsibilities.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to manage a large number of prospect situations simultaneously.Positioning company products against direct and indirect competitors.Work Experience: 1-2 yearsWhat we are looking for:People who have unbreakable faith in themselves.Curiosity to constantly learn more.A strong sense of loyalty to the company.Commitment and dedication to getting the work done.Education:UG: Any Graduate or B.B.A/B.M.S in Any Specialization.About Training:Training will be provided for an initial few days for employees to understand the end-to-end process.Note: Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
