Be ready to make your mark at a top company in an exciting & dynamic industry.JOB PURPOSE:The Sr. Officer is responsible for processing all the applications with regard to Investment product's Subscription, Redemption, Corporate Actions, and Security Transfers, ensuring the process is adhered to Bank compliance, Policies, and procedures.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:Increase in process efficiencyImprovement in TATFeedback from Stakeholders, by way of Client Satisfaction Index scores.Adherence to Bank's policies, processes, and proceduresJob Context:Core ResponsibilitiesHandling of the WM Investments HelpdeskReceipt and processing of the Investment Subscription and Redemption documents for all investment products in Wealth Management system (alpha) and provider websites (SNG).Trade Processing, Trade Settlements, Input of Manual Trades, and other exceptions.Input of Investment Cash Account Opening/Closure, Portfolio Creation/Closure, and Account Maintenance activitiesMapping the RM to the concerned clients in Citrix (SNG)Call back validation for deals (SNG)Price Feed upload in Alpha (SNG)IPO/New Issuance processing.Funds transfer to Providers for Other Products & Mutual Funds.Advisory Cash Account transfers and funds block/unblock in T24.AMC Maker on Alpha (SNG)Liaise with various units like Credit Admin / TED / Private Banking Operations / FCIS/ Transaction Banking Operations / Compliance for the processing activities.Participate in all process improvement initiatives to bring efficiency and effectivenessAdditional tasks assigned by the Department Supervisor/Manager.Internal CollaborationDevelop positive relationships with interconnected departments (PBCAD, Products, IT, Sales Coordinators) to provide better service and meet customer expectationsCoordinating with Internal users and IT team regarding system issues and resolving them to enhance the system.Policies, Systems, Processes and ProceduresInitiate ideas for new process developments and existing process enhancement and ensure they are implemented with the correct approval procedure adhering to Bank's rules and regulations.MIS and ReportsPrepare periodic MIS/Business Reports for wealth operations detailing the complete activities performed by the teamPeople Management ResponsibilitiesShare knowledge and train about the particular process or activity to another team member during cross-training and Job rotation.Minimum Requirements:Preferably Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounts or equivalent
