The International University of Science & Technology in Kuwait (IUK) is a newly established private university in Kuwait, with a new Campus located in the heart of Kuwait near the Avenues Mall. Fully accredited by the Private Universities Council (PUC), the University offers a wide range of academic programs in Engineering, Business, and Arts and Social Sciences. In addition to the academic programs, the IUK has established the University Foundation Program (UFP) that offers English and Math foundation programs. IUK is seeking a motivated, skilled, and detail-oriented Document Auditor & Translator.
Position Summary
The primary role of the Document Auditor & Translator is to conduct quality audits of internal and external documents and perform professional translation of documents.Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a quality audit system for IUK's internal and external documents.
- Support the completion of regular reports in Arabic.
- Write reports, letters, memos, and other communication documents as needed.
- Act as the official university translator.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor's degree.
- Professional Certificates in QA or translations are an added value.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in similar roles plus experience using computers on the job.
- Experience in university systems and communication.
Technical Skills
- Bilingual (English - Arabic) with excellent competence in reports, letters, memos, and other communication documents.
- Clerical and/or office skills.
- Commitment to quality service.
- Good analytical skills.

- Organizational skills.
- Attention to details and due diligence.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability.
