In this pivotal role, you will help students navigate their academic journeys while preparing them for future success. Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct individual and group counseling sessions focusing on college and career readiness.
2. Organize college visits, career fairs, and workshops to enhance students’ understanding of post-secondary opportunities.
3. Provide resources and information on colleges, vocational schools, and career opportunities.
4. Provide support for students with college applications, including essays, interviews, and scholarship applications.
5. Advocate for students’ needs and work towards creating a supportive and inclusive school environment.

Requirements:

1. Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field.
2. Certification as a Guidance Counselor or Counselor.
3. Required prior experience as a High School/Career/College Counselor.
4. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to motivate and inspire students.
