Sales Manager Roles and Responsibilities The Sales Manager will maintain existing customer relationships within an assigned territory. They will act independently and serve as a liaison between various sales specialists and customers to increase market penetration for Abbott products. The Sales Manager will continually identify growth opportunities for their assigned Abbott products.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets while maintaining a desirable market share.
  • Maintain country expenses within the approved allocated budget.
  • Provide guidance to facilitate goal-setting processes aligned with Corporate and Marketing department objectives; monitor progress; measure results; reward incentive payments; conduct performance appraisals.
Key Qualifications A degree in a related field is required. 5-6 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with at least 1 year in a managerial role overseeing people (sales management, district sales manager, or supervisor). Strong knowledge of key accounts and stakeholders in Kuwait's private market is essential. A proven track record of sales success.
