Job Summary: To lead a development unit that includes enterprise and custom development. This role involves managing and mentoring a team of developers, setting goals and objectives, ensuring best practices, and overseeing the design, development, maintenance, and upgrading of our existing custom applications and Enterprise systems. The role also requires expertise in both front-end and back-end development, proficiency in multiple programming languages, frameworks, and technologies, and experience with integrations across various systems. Job duties include but are not limited to:

1. Leading a development unit that includes enterprise and custom development personnel.
2. Setting goals and objectives for the development team and ensuring they are met.
3. Providing mentorship and guidance to junior developers and other team members.
4. Evaluating the performance of team members and providing constructive feedback.
5. Facilitating continuous improvement within the development team and processes following best practices such as ITIL and other international standards.
6. Ensuring the team follows best practices for software development, security, and operations.
7. Maintaining and enhancing KDD Application and Enterprise footprint following best practices.
8. Developing front-end web architecture and designing user interactions on web pages.
9. Building and maintaining back-end server-side applications and databases.
10. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and execute product features.
11. Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code.
12. Developing and implementing security and data protection measures.
13. Ensuring the scalability and performance of applications.
14. Keeping up to date with emerging trends and technologies in web development.
15. Providing technical guidance and reviewing code to ensure it meets established standards.
16. Creating technical documentation and user documentation.
17. Executing Management directives as required.
18. Complying with Health, Safety and Environment regulations.

Required Qualification:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Work Experience: 5-8 Years

• Expertise in project management methodologies such as Agile.
