Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for HR processes and systems.
- Design and configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules to meet client needs, including Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Absence Management, and others.
- Develop custom solutions and integrations using Oracle HCM Cloud APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud, and other relevant technologies.
- Perform data migrations, conversions, and system integrations as required.
- Provide guidance and support to the business on best practices for Oracle HCM Cloud implementation and optimization.
- Conduct training sessions for end users on Oracle HCM Cloud functionality.
- Work closely with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Stay updated on the latest Oracle HCM Cloud releases, features, and industry trends.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle HCM Cloud applications.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Over 3 years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud applications, including implementation, configuration, and support.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and practices, with expertise in one or more functional areas such as Core HR, Talent Management, or Payroll.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud configuration tools like Oracle Fusion Functional Setup Manager (FSM) and Oracle Application Composer.
- Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud APIs, BI Publisher, HCM Data Loader, and other relevant development tools.
- Preferred experience with Oracle Integration Cloud or similar middleware platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and team members.
- Oracle HCM Cloud certification(s) is considered a plus.
