Overview

We are seeking an Executive - Social Media to join our team and lead the strategic planning and execution of social media initiatives for our private label product line. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with a strong understanding of social media platforms and trends, driving engagement and growth across our digital channels.

Job Duties & Responsibility:

  1. Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and foster engagement with our target audience.
  2. Manage and maintain social media accounts, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn, ensuring content is timely, relevant, and aligned with brand identity.
  3. Create and curate engaging content for social media posts, including product features, lifestyle imagery, user-generated content, and promotional campaigns.
  4. Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and opportunities to engage with followers and influencers.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and customer service to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency across all social media platforms.
  6. Analyze social media performance metrics and KPIs to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and optimize content strategy accordingly.
  7. Stay updated on social media trends, best practices, and platform updates to inform strategy and tactics.

Required Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  2. 2 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the fashion or retail industry. Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns that drive engagement and growth.
  3. Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and trends.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content for different social media channels.
  5. Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and visual communication.
  6. Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
  8. Experience with social media advertising and influencer partnerships is a plus.
