Job Responsibilities:Providing guidance and assisting buyers in purchasing/renting property for the right price under the best terms.Knowledge of documents such as contracts, agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases.Determining clients' needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.Performing comparative market analysis to estimate properties' value.Maintaining and updating listings of available properties.Showing properties to potential renters and buyers.Advertising properties on online portals (Property Finder, Dubizzle, Bayut).Building and maintaining a network of clients.Achieving monthly targets.Aggressively performing cold calling and client meetings.Remaining knowledgeable about the UAE real estate market and practices.Requirements:UAE experience as a real estate agent (Min 1 year).Strong interpersonal skills.Proven knowledge of and execution of successful development strategies.Bachelor's degree in any field.Strong command of English business language.Competitive commission structure to maximize your earning potential.
