Receiving orders, inputting nomenclatures, regularly filling and updating order tables.Maintaining reports on the products, documentary support (control of the dispatches/deliveries to the warehouse).Receiving and checking supplier documents, entering counterparties into ERP system.Communicating with suppliers on current issues, monitoring goods dispatched, checking order deadlines.RequirementsExcellent knowledge of MS Excel.English B2 as a minimum.Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams.Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Experience with ERP systems is a significant plus.ConditionsCompetitive salary packageHealth insuranceRelocation packageOpportunities for professional development and growth
