Supervises the design team assigned to a project or part of the project during the detailing and production phases.

Compares shop drawings and tender drawings to identify variations for awarded projects, submits variation claims, and coordinates with the design and project teams.

Works with project managers and associate creative directors to ensure that schedules are accurate and realistic, and deadlines are met.

Possesses technical production knowledge and incorporates technology.

Ensures effective management & delivery of the FA&MM program backlog, leading the product management lifecycle for assigned products.

Maintains and reviews production requirements with the Operations Manager.

Builds intelligence on frequency and complexity of repairs for production planning.

Manages the day-to-day client relationship and communications between the agency and current clients.

Supports the Business Director to develop and produce necessary documentation.

Reports work-related accidents or other injuries immediately upon occurrence to manager/supervisor.

Maintains logs for all food products related to production.

Works with other members of the laundry team to meet production goals and deadlines.

Identifies and reports any equipment malfunctions or issues to floor management.
