Work Experience: 10.0 Year(s) To 15.0 Year(s)Minimum 10 years of development and design experience in Spring Boot and Microservices architectureHands-on experience in performance tuning, debugging, monitoringUnderstanding of containerization, experienced in Docker, KubernetesExperience with MongoDBTechnical SkillsExtensive coding experience with SOLID principles, Event Driven Architecture, Spring Boot, MongoDB, Spring Cloud, Hibernate and a passion for codingGood hands-on experience with cloud design patterns and their implementationWell versed with CI/CD principles, and actively involved in solving and troubleshooting issues in a distributed services ecosystemFamiliar with Distributed services resiliency and monitoring in a production environmentExposed to API gateway integrations like 3ScaleFunctional SkillsExperience in Banking, Financial and Fintech in an enterprise environment preferredExperience following best Coding, Security, Unit testing and Documentation standards and practicesExperience in Agile methodologyEnsure quality of technical and application architecture and design of systems across the organizationEffectively research and benchmark technology against other best-in-class technologiesSoft SkillsAble to influence multiple teams on technical considerations, increasing their productivity and effectiveness by sharing deep knowledge and experienceSelf-motivator and self-starter, with the ability to own and drive initiatives without supervision and work collaboratively with teams across the organizationExcellent soft skills and interpersonal skills to interact and present ideas to Senior and Executive management
