AlGooru is hunting for the next generation of Growth talents! We're looking for a Head of Marketing About The Job Who Are We AlGooru is a Saudi-based learning platform that offers 1-on-1 private tutoring services in a variety of academic and recreational subjects. It is the first licensed private tutoring platform in Saudi Arabia, approved by the National e-Learning Center (NELC). AlGooru provides tailored educational support to students, and it's backed by several renowned investors including Constructor Capital, Techstars, Plug & Play, Raz Group, RZM Investment, and prestigious institutions like KAUST, Hub71, and MiSK. A Fun Fact about AlGooru is that its name derives from "Guru," a Sanskrit word meaning a mentor, guide, expert, or master. The Role Highlights Main Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and optimize the entire marketing funnel (awareness through retention) while decreasing CAC and increasing LTV throughout FY'25.
  2. Continuously conduct and leverage competitive analysis to refine marketing strategies and maintain a competitive edge in the Saudi market.
  3. Develop and deploy novel organic acquisition techniques and strategies specific to Saudi Arabia, with a focus on optimizing marketing budgets and driving noticeable revenue growth.
A Day In Your Life
  1. Oversee and enhance all stages of the marketing funnel, ensuring effective coordination between marketing and sales teams to boost customer acquisition, conversion, and retention rates.
  2. Conduct ongoing competitive analysis to identify market trends, opportunities, and threats, and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
  3. Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximizing return on investment.
  4. Develop and execute innovative organic acquisition techniques tailored to the Saudi market, aiming to significantly impact customer acquisition costs (CAC) and drive revenue growth.
  5. Utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of marketing initiatives, including A/B testing and quick experimentations, and report on metrics related to CAC and revenue impact.
  6. Work closely with sales, product, and other teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business goals and objectives.
  7. Utilize a technology-driven approach, integrating tech solutions to enhance marketing efforts and track progress effectively.
Requirements You're the Head of Marketing we're looking for if you have:
  1. 3-5 years of marketing experience in Saudi Arabia with proven results.
  2. Track record of driving revenue growth and reducing CAC and/or impact on revenue growth.
  3. Skilled in A/B testing, experimentation, and organic acquisition.
  4. Experience in tech-driven environments or startups preferred.
  5. Expertise in digital and offline competitive analysis.
  6. Strong budget management and optimization skills.
  7. Ability to quickly adapt to market changes and test new tactics.
  8. Proficient in marketing analytics with strong analytical skills.
  9. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  10. Able to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
  11. Experience mentoring and leading marketing teams.
  12. Passionate about creativity, innovation, and results.
