**SENIOR MANAGER - HEALTH & SAFETY (HSE)**

We are urgently looking for a Senior Manager for Health, safety, and environmental (HSE) managers who are responsible for developing and implementing organizational safety programs. These specialists review and update institutional HSE policies and conduct risk assessments to detect potential hazards and plan precautionary measures.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Serve as an internal expert to keep current on safety trends and share best practices within PiP;

- Maintain and update relationship with international medical and security provider;

- Provide assistance with travel related incidents, including working with Partners in Performance insurance provider;

- Develop and implement HSE guidelines/processes/procedures and ensure they are followed;

- Establish and manage an emergency response plan, where required;

- Establish and maintain HSE KPIs and report their progress;

- Ensure necessary safety training is delivered/undertaken, ensuring a competency method evaluation is in place;

- Conduct random engagement safety tours, aligned with Directors and communicate HSE concerns;

- Undertake an active HSE leadership role, being a role model and helping the firm achieve safe working outcomes.

**Qualifications, Skills & Requirements**:

- A bachelor's degree in a Health, Safety, or Environmental field of study

- At least **10 years' experience in health and safety.**:

- HSE Qualification such as NEBOSH General Certificate, IOSH, OASHA or equivalent

- In depth knowledge of legislation (e.g. OSHA/EPA) and procedures

- Good analytical skills and the ability to think critically

- Good public speaking skills & Leadership skills

- Proficient in all Microsoft Applications.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills & good organization skills

- Must be residing in Qatar

- With valid QID & NOC

- Can join immediately
