Apply today!QualificationsHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality preferred3-5 years of food and beverage service industry experience requiredAbility to obtain and maintain a food handler certification cardWorking knowledge of general restaurant operations, including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes, and securityStrong interpersonal and communication skillsExcellent leadership skillsDemonstrated ability to manage operating costs in accordance with budgetsComfortable setting priorities and delegating tasks as neededExtremely organized and detail-orientedResponsibilitiesHire, train, and supervise restaurant employeesCreate staff schedule to ensure appropriate staffingTrack stock levels of food, supplies, and equipment, forecast needs, and oversee ordering as necessaryTake ownership of budgets and cost control methods to minimize expensesAddress customer needs, comments, and complaintsAdhere to and enforce employee compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standardsProcess payroll and maintain all relevant recordsEnsure all employees are working within outlined operating standardsReport on financial performance, inventory, and personnelJob SpecificationJoy Flores (Recruiter) is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Restaurant Manager in the field of Other in one of their offices located in Dubai - United Arab Emirates.
