Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Production And Quality Manager at Abronn FZE located in Dubai. The Production And Quality Manager will be responsible for overseeing the production processes, ensuring quality control standards are met, managing a team of production staff, and implementing efficient manufacturing practices to optimize productivity and quality.Qualifications
- Experience in production management, quality control, and process optimization
- Knowledge of manufacturing operations and quality assurance protocols
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software
- Experience in the healthcare or automotive industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
