Job Title: Executive Chef Excellent salary offered Job Brief: The Executive Chef oversees culinary operations across multiple restaurant brands, managing the central kitchen to ensure quality, innovation, and profitability. This role aligns culinary goals with business objectives, optimizes kitchen processes, and leads a talented team to deliver an exceptional dining experience. Key Responsibilities:- Shape culinary strategy, aligning with brand goals and market trends.
- Collaborate with marketing for promotional campaigns and culinary trends.
- Innovate and refresh menus, including sustainable practices in sourcing and waste reduction.
- Enhance kitchen workflows to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of kitchen equipment and inventory.
- Maintain high standards in food quality, safety, and ISO compliance.
- Conduct regular audits to uphold culinary standards.
- Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience in Hotel / Restaurant / Food Services Company, a significant amount of which should be as an Executive Chef or similar.
- Experience in 5/7 Star hotel / restaurant is a plus.
- Bachelor’s Degree holder, preferably in Hotel & Restaurant Management and Services.
- Proficient in Arabic and English; strong leadership and communication skills.
