We are seeking a motivated Assistant IT Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist the IT Manager in overseeing the operations of the IT department, including managing a team of IT professionals, implementing IT policies and procedures, and ensuring the organization's IT infrastructure aligns with business objectives. The Assistant IT Manager will collaborate with various departments to support their IT needs, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide innovative solutions to improve efficiency and productivity. Additionally, the role involves evaluating new technologies, coordinating IT projects, and maintaining network security. The successful candidate should possess strong communication skills, leadership abilities, and a solid technical background to contribute to the organization's overall success. Responsibilities

Assist in managing the overall IT department, including staff members and projects.
Provide technical support to employees and resolve escalated IT issues.
Assist in planning and implementing IT systems and infrastructure upgrades.
Oversee the deployment and maintenance of hardware, software, and networking systems.
Collaborate with other departments to identify and address IT needs and opportunities.
Monitor IT security protocols and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
Participate in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
Assist in budget planning and control for IT expenses and investments.
Stay up-to-date with technological advancements and recommend relevant solutions to enhance efficiency.
Assist in training and development of IT staff members.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT management or related role.
Proficiency in network administration, system maintenance, and IT troubleshooting.
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity practices and protocols.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
