Sales Coordinator - Corporate - Sales & Marketing - InterContinental Hotels Group Dubai Festival City

Coordinate the Sales & Marketing Team and provide administrative support.
Share Market Intelligence with the team daily and oversee IHG fundamentals for the S&M department.
Monitor existing business and contribute to sales strategy meetings to maximize business.
Support in managing accounts and ensure the continuous generation of new sales prospects.
Service existing business through account management in collaboration with the respective Account Owner.
Assist in planning and coordinating familiarization trips and site inspections.
Ensure client files are organized and up-to-date with all required information.
Attend designated meetings.

What we need from you:

Strong communication and administrative skills.
Organized and demonstrate good teamwork.
Fluency in English.
Proactive approach.
Ability to meet deadlines.
Minimum of 1 year's experience in the service industry and Sales & Marketing environment.
