The Role: Real Estate Agent We are seeking dynamic Real Estate Agents to join our British-led team, focusing on residential and off-plan properties in Dubai. Your role will involve:
- Gathering property information and creating marketing materials.
- Keeping abreast of the regulations within Dubai's residential property market.
- Conducting and attending property valuations and viewings.
- Negotiating with prospective buyers/tenants and sellers/landlords.
- Assisting our Sales Progression and Home Move Advisory teams.
- Generating new business through our extensive database and networking opportunities.
- Preferably with real estate experience in Dubai.
- Candidates should possess a positive attitude and demonstrate resilience.
