**Job Requirements**:
Professional Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in public relations and communication, marketing, or any relevant field.
- Proven track record of successful PR and communication campaigns or projects.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing effective communication strategies.
**Education**:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Public Relations, Communication, Marketing).
- Master's degree in a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Strategic Thinking:
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to develop comprehensive communication plans aligned with organizational goals.
Media Relations:
- Extensive experience in managing media relations, including building and maintaining relationships with journalists and key media outlets.
Content Creation:
- Proficient in creating engaging and impactful content across various platforms, including press releases, articles and other communication materials.
Crisis Communication:
- Proven ability to handle crisis communication effectively, including developing crisis communication plans and responding promptly to mitigate reputational risks.
Digital Marketing:
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and social media management to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Collaboration:
- Strong collaborative skills to work effectively with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
Technology Proficiency:
- Proficient in using communication tools, PR software, and digital platforms to enhance communication efforts.
