JASARA PMC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Design Manager - Buildings to join our team. As the Design Manager - Buildings, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the design and development of building projects, ensuring they meet client requirements, industry standards, and regulations. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective design coordination.In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire design process, from conceptualization to construction documentation. You will review design drawings and specifications, provide technical guidance and support to the design team, and ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.Responsibilities Oversee the design and development of building projects Ensure designs meet client requirements, industry standards, and regulations Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to coordinate design activities Review design drawings and specifications Provide technical guidance and support to the design team Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resources Ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards Stay updated with industry trends and developments Requirements Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field Minimum of 10 years of experience in design management, preferably in the building industry Strong knowledge of building design principles and practices Familiarity with relevant codes, regulations, and standards Proficiency in design software and tools Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Benefits Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing organization.
