Outlet Manager

Reporting to: Operations Manager

Job Location: Riyadh, KSA

About the Job:

The Branch Manager oversees operations, handles customer complaints, and generates financial reports while overseeing production with the head chef.

Duties:

Employees should adhere to company rules and fulfill their assigned responsibilities, while also recognizing that their duties may extend beyond the specific tasks outlined. Professional conduct, respect, and courtesy towards colleagues, adherence to the dress code, and effective communication skills are essential. Proper hygiene, accurate attendance, and mindful use of company property are crucial for maintaining professionalism.

Responsibilities:

Perform shift checklist at the beginning of every shift; take action regarding any problems that might occur during the upcoming shift.

Hold daily meetings to discuss targets, guest service, operational needs, and financial objectives to ensure that all targets are met.

Deliver quality service during all shifts, even during off-days and holidays.

Evaluate staff monthly performance and submit reports to the Brand Manager or Operations Manager.

Follow the Profit & Loss target set by the finance department.

Oversee food preparation and handling, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Ensure the location reaches the monthly target set by the operations team.

Skim the cashier drawer and count the money in front of the cashier before submitting the Daily Sales Report.

Monitor employees to ensure performance expectations are met.

Act on spoiled or damaged food items and document the actions taken.

Ensure proper storage of ingredients, especially highly perishable items.

Monitor and coordinate inventory and purchases of food and supplies.

Be aware of stock levels and manage back-of-house orders or requests for products.

Handle customer complaints and resolve issues diplomatically and courteously.

Ensure consistency in quality and portion size of servings and take-away dishes.

Submit monthly inventory reports to the Brand Manager, Operations, and Finance departments.

Manage the weekly shift schedule for all staff and provide plans to address absences and vacations.

Coordinate with the Guest Experience Specialist to communicate customer complaints and find optimal solutions.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Management

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a restaurant branch manager

Ability to work under pressure

Basic Microsoft skills

Ability to send and read reports

Professional proficiency in English and Arabic

Team leadership skills
