Based in Dubai, this role is responsible for driving new partnerships, managing partnerships, such as Smashi Sports partnerships with UAE Federations, and growing brand presence on Lovin Dubai, Smashi Sports, and Smashi Business. The right candidate must have experience selling and managing branded partnerships on digital platforms and understand the entire sales cycle from RFP through renewal. This position is well-suited to an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment. The ideal candidate will bring energy and passion to everything he/she does and will not be afraid to roll up his/her sleeves to tackle projects both big and small. The role will look after all properties across the Lovin brand while mainly focusing on the Smashi brand.Job DescriptionResponsibilitiesBe a huge part of creating a new kind of media network by developing new software product ideas and strategies.Identify and evaluate potential brand partnership opportunities aligned with the company's strategic objectives.Craft an amazing experience for Smashi viewers on our website and iPhone, Apple TV, and Android apps.Find efficient ways for our content and edit teams to produce and distribute video by maintaining and evolving our proprietary CMS.Work with virtually every function of the business, including software engineers, designers, broadcast engineers, producers, and editors.Build out the shows and commercial offering.Prospect new clients, including the ability to qualify and close new accounts.Effectively prepare for and manage business meetings.Strategically and creatively build a sales pipeline and maintain a high level of activity.Lead client status calls, recap calls, and work closely with Smashi Producers to ensure seamless delivery and best-in-class account management.Effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Data & Analytics, and Content team to optimize campaigns to meet performance objectives.Proactively monitor campaign performance and delivery goals, escalate delivery issues as necessary.Track, optimize, and compile campaign analysis and custom recap reports for clients.Contribute and improve team resources such as sales and process materials.Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market developments to ensure the company is positioned to take advantage of new opportunities.RequirementsRequirementsDegree in business, marketing, or equivalent.Two to three years of experience.Familiarity with the industry and understanding of current market trends.Proven track record of successfully managing and executing brand partnerships.Strong relationship-building skills and experience negotiating deals with brands.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to develop creative solutions.Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Has an interest in public relations and media relationships.
